We’re excited to announce that Scout Oliver has recently been promoted to Senior Research Analyst. In her two years with Quest, she has learned the ins and outs of Quest and our projects. In her new role, Scout will continue to support both site selection and economic development projects while also working to elevate Quest’s current and future service offerings as they relate to research and analytics.
